Day 4: Sous Vide Lamb Chops

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 8 lamb chops 
  • 2 teaspoons salt 
  • Sous vide bag 

Instructions:

  1. Season lamb chops with salt. 
  2. Place in a sous vide bag in a single layer and seal. 
  3. Cook in a water bath at 140°F for 1 – 2 hours. 
  4. (Optional) Sear on a hot skillet for 1 minute on each side. 
  5. Serve immediately. 

Day 5: Pan-Seared Ribeye Steak

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 4 ribeye steaks (about 12 oz each) 
  • 2 teaspoons salt 
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:

  1. Season ribeye steaks evenly with salt and pepper. 
  2. Preheat a cast-iron skillet over high heat. 
  3. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for a medium-rare finish. 
  4. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
